Privacy Policy

Reservation & Payment

  • A 50% down payment is required to secure a reservation.
  • Reservations are considered tentative until the required down payment has been received and verified by Mountain SUNctuary’s Page or Email.
  • A reservation becomes officially confirmed only after the guest receives a Reservation Confirmation and/or Invoice Confirmation email from Mountain SUNctuary.
  • Guests are responsible for completing the required details and payment within the agreed reservation period. Failure to do so may result in the release of the reservation without prior notice.
  • The remaining balance shall be paid upon arrival through provided official bank transfer and designated caretaker of your unit booked.

Cancellation, Refund & Rebooking Policy

  • All payments, including down payments, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Confirmed reservations are NON-CANCELLABLE.
  • One (1) rebooking request may be granted per reservation if requested at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date and is subject to availability.
  • Only one (1) rebooking is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved by management.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and corresponding fees.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000.00 in cash is required upon check-in.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, unpaid balances, or policy violations.

House Rules

  • Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
  • Visitors are not permitted unless approved by management.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas except in designated smoking areas.
  • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance and applicable fees have been paid.
  • Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Any damage caused by guests, whether intentional or accidental, shall be charged accordingly.

No-show Policy

  • Reservations will be considered a No-Show if guests fail to arrive by 12:00 midnight on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice.
  • No-Show reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay.
  • Mountain SUNctuary shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, accidents, injuries, delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • By staying at the property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their stay.

Privacy Policy

  • Mountain SUNctuary respects and protects guest privacy.
  • Personal information collected during inquiries, reservations, check-in, and guest communications will be used solely for reservation management, guest services, payment verification, security, and legal compliance.
  • Information collected may include names, contact details, identification documents, booking information, and payment-related records.
  • Guest information will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except when required by law, government regulations, payment processors, booking platforms, or legitimate business operations related to the reservation.
  • Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect guest information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss.

Acceptance Of Terms

By making a reservation, submitting payment, receiving a reservation confirmation, accessing our website, or staying at Mountain SUNctuary or Brigena’s Mountain SUNctuary, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, House Rules, and Privacy Policy.
